It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges & Refunds
As we are a small business, we only offer refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. If you require an exchange for the wrong size you may exchange for the same product in a different size only, postage must be covered by the customer. We cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to info@mischiefapparel.com.au
Eligible Returns
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All clothing must be in original, unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
- Please ensure that your return meets these requirements. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customer's expense. Mischief Apparel reserves the right to refuse an eligible return if we believe the items are not returned in the original condition as when they were shipped.
Please contact us through email info@mischiefapparel.com.au as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we might be able to change the delivery address. However, please note that as our processing times are quite quick, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it.
